Return Policy

Products will be delivered by our delivery team. If optional installation is included, the products will be installed and functionally checked. You will be given the opportunity to review all products and note any damage or malfunction. You may return any product that is undamaged and has all its parts and documents within 15 days of purchase subject to a 50% re-stocking fee. We will un-install and pick up the product for the same fees we charged to deliver and install and will deduct this from the refund. The original delivery and installation fees are not refundable. We are not responsible for damage to the appliances or home that are not noted at the time of delivery. Please do not accept anything from us unless you are completely confident in your purchase or have noted any issues on your delivery ticket. All products include a warranty provided by the manufacturer that are specified in the product’s owner’s manual. Product performance issues will be addressed by the manufacturer in accordance with its polices and procedures. We are happy to coordinate this for you. No additional warranty beyond the manufacturers warranty should be implied. Because explaining the terms and conditions of extended warranties is essential, we only offer extended warranties for in-store sales.

Cancellations

We will contact you within 24 hours of your purchase to schedule delivery of the product. The delivery time will depend on the product and we will inform you of this when we confirm your order. Once your order is confirmed it is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Privacy Policy

We only ask for the information we need to do our job. Because we need to deliver the appliances, we need your name, address, phone number and email.

We respect your information. We only use your email to communicate essential information relevant to your purchase. We do not use this email to market to you and do not share it with outside parties. On occasion, we will need to disclose this contact information to vendors or repair services in the course of performing repairs under warranty.

Sales and Delivery Area:

Our online sales are only to be delivered in the state of Utah. We collect sales tax at the Davis County rate. Due to agreements with manufacturers, some brands may only be delivered within 100 miles of our store. If you are a tax exempt organization, please contact us by phone and do not purchase online. We do not have the capability to process tax exempt sales online.
