In the past, we have always used big box stores out of what we thought was convenience when purchasing appliances. When doing an extensive remodel, I knew I wanted to do a better job researching appliances and where to purchase them. I saw Duerden’s pop up as carrying the line of appliances I was looking at. Not being located very close to me, I decided to start by calling to ask some questions first. I was lucky enough to have Brent help answer my questions. I thought I had a pretty good idea browsing the website, and sent him a list of what I was thinking of buying. He looked over everything, called me and walked me through all of my choices and even found a couple of better options based on either features or pricing. It’s not very often you have such great attention and commitment when you’re first calling or telling a place you’re starting to look. I came into the store the next day, and he took as much time as I wanted going through every appliance and option. He was very honest and upfront about estimated shipping dates, and how they can be adjusted by the manufacturer. After ordering, I received my spec sheets not even 24 hours later to send for our cabinet specs. Even though we are months away from a few of the appliances, I feel like we got competitive pricing and amazing customer service to match.
